Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Rohnert Park

We had such a great stay at the Fairfield Inn Rohnert Park. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive — it really felt like they cared about making our visit comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a super convenient location close to shopping, dining, and wineries in or near Healdsburg and Sonoma Squares. A happy perk is their complimentary breakfast, which goes above and beyond with hot omelets, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, plus yogurt, bagels, and breads. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring wine country. We really enjoy this hotel for its simplicity, location, and genuine hospitality — it’s become one of our go-to spots in the area.

We were in a difficult situation, but the receptionist was very understanding. She opened the door for us, checked us in with our reservation at 3:30am and allowed us to rest 10/10 I would definitely return. An excellent hotel—cleanliness, service, a great experience. I would definitely return. The staff are excellent at their job, and the breakfast is great!

As a lifetime Titanium member, I have been both fortunate (and unfortunate) enough to stay at many, many Marriott properties in the USA and around the world. Most of our stays have been enjoyable and pleasurable, which earned our commitment to seek out Marriott properties. But.....I also take the time to recognize positive experiences and outstanding individuals, and also take the time to provide constructive feedback. This Marriott Location - Fairfield in Santa Rosa Rohnert Park??? Only kudos at all and nothing to even consider providing constructive feedback. From Top to Bottom, from time of booking until the time we left, this Hotel and the team working there are the best. Met a lot of the team members who work there and without a doubt, their pride, their commitment to exceeding customer expectations and their willingness to engage and support guests were stellar. Room was very clean, the breakfast area was always well stocked and kept impeccably clean and fresh and the staff seemed to always smile and be proactive in ensuring a positive experience. We look forward to returning and staying again at this location.

Me and my gf had a good experience when we brought our dog along with us here on 2/21. Abigail at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and welcoming. She got us all checked and setteled in. Complimentary breakfast was solid, the person working that day did a great job. Everything was stocked, organized and clean. The room gets a 4/5 because the thermostat wouldn't work. We couldn't adjust the temperature so the room stayed warm. Other than that, everything was great. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

First off, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Linda who didn’t check me in but I wish she did. I have been traveling a lot for work for the past several years and I don’t write many reviews but this woman deserves to be recognized. My coworker and I were working in the lobby as we were staying here and everyone she checked in she did with a smile and made each of them feel special. Wealth of knowledge and understanding. The hotel is close to my job site and the rooms are great and the hotel is still newish (4yrs). I just want to say has a titanium member I have not experience such level of customer service and wanted to share. Thank you Linda for the smile.

Very friendly staff! They take their time with each and every guest and are so cordial with everyone. Every time I was in the lobby, there was always a staff member helping someone or conversing with a guest. It felt very homey here. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of options. There’s an outdoor pool and fire pit. This hotel is also right around the corner from Costco and the freeway. Overall a pretty cozy, quiet place. I will definitely stay again when I go back to the Santa Rosa area!

Fairfield by Marriott, Rohnert Park – Service That Stands Out, at a Premium Fairfield by Marriott in Rohnert Park is a step above many similar properties, but that quality comes at a price. The facility feels brand new, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. We did encounter one frustration—pairing or linking the in-room TVs with our phones proved impossible despite repeated attempts. The complimentary breakfast is standard and caters to crowd favorites, with calorie-heavy, carb-heavy offerings. Fresh vegetables, however, are entirely absent. Where this property truly distinguishes itself from countless similar hotels across the country and the world is in its service. From check-in to checkout, the staff was consistently cheerful and immensely helpful. We were warmly welcomed by Linda, who did her best to make us feel at home, and the rest of the crew—from the house cleaners to the breakfast staff to the receptionist—were equally exceptional in their friendliness and professionalism. Location-wise, the hotel sits across the street from a Costco, which may suit some guests perfectly. For others, it’s more of a convenience than a selling point. It’s important to note that the excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms come at a premium. This property is priced above many of its peers in the area, so be prepared to pay more for the elevated experience. As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We happened upon this MAGNIFICENT hotel, Fairfield In Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, a couple of years ago when the Motel 6 in Rohnert Park turned out to be a total dump. That was our very last Motel 6 experience forever. I remember Theresa being the one that helped us and she was beyond wonderful to us, we had a lovely stay, a nice rest in a beautiful clean room that was just perfect for us. I've never seen a more immaculately made bed in my life. When we needed a room again this year, 2025, I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. The area is very safe, a Starbucks around the corner with Panda Express, Costco across the street and other amenities nearby. We feel very safe here, the rooms are impeccable and immaculate. We did stay on the first floor the first time, my preference as the third floor had a bit of an off smell but nothing bad. The room was very clean and had no smell. I do wish the windows opened on the third floor but anything you could want or wish for, is quickly swept away by the phenomenal service you receive upon entering this home. I say home because it's more like grandma's house than a hotel. You feel so welcome, cared about and special that all you're missing is the familial connection and warm cookies. Linda has now replaced Theresa and she is EQUALLY as incredible and loving, as a grandma would be to her beloved grandchildren. I cannot imagine anyone having a single complaint about this place, it is a GOLDEN EGG in the entire area, not too far from San Francisco, well worth the extra drive to have a lovely room. It would be more amazing to have a kitchen but I'll take this any day over a kitchen in a hotel room anyway as that only creates more issues and more smells you have to sleep with. Excellent job Linda, thank you for taking care of us once again and to the management lady, I'm sorry I don't recall your name but you are wonderful as well, thank you so much for your accommodation and helpfulness, you have won us over for many years to come.
